5. Creators

• You are responsible for the content you upload and ensure it complies with our content guidelines and all applicable laws.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Site’s operation.
• Payouts for creators will be processed according to the terms outlined on the Creator Information page. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Creators may not upload videos featuring other individuals unless all individuals in the video are verified on the Site.
• Creators must upload complete content and are prohibited from posting partial videos, teasers, or advertisements.

6. Content Ownership and Usage

• All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Use the Site at your own risk.
